Staff is amazing. The hotel is great. Little nice surprises from the staff make this the best hotel in Petra. We have been to over 60 countries and whilst you can stay at high end 5 star hotels, this hotel can’t be beat on the staff. And I’m a hard customer with high expectations. All the staff from reception to restaurant are great but special mention to Mohammed at reception who made us feel so welcome and go over and beyond with little surprises. The view is also amazing and the amenities are great. We didn’t try the pool because it’s winter but I’m sure it’s great in the summer. If you are thinking of booking this place, just do it. It is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The hotel makes you feel good, not just a room but with character. We will remember Petra because of this hotel. We wish Petra Elite all the best.
